"I met with multiple realtors and discussed their proposals for selling my dad’s house. I narrowed the list to 2 and had further conversations with each. I was leaning towards another realtor who had 20+ MORE years experience then Christian and really sold himself as being an honest and trusted partner. Soon after, interest rate hikes began softening the market and the other realtor did an about face, told me to sell immediately “as-is” or I’d take a huge loss in a month.

After discussing these concerns with Christian, he assured me that while the market had softened some, given the location, house and proposed improvements, we would still be better off investing in improvements and listing the house a month or two later. I was very nervous in doing so, but we followed his plan (carpet, paint colors, improvements and repairs), spent a fairly reasonable amount and had multiple competing offers the first day, securing a SUBSTANTIALLY higher amount than what the “as-is” price would have been with the other realtor (almost $100k more). Christian did an amazing job at every step. He recommended professional and cost effective contractors, landscapers, etc. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed, improved, changed and what wasn’t worth the investment.

He was great through every step of the process, including helping us resolve an inspection issue that arose just before close. Communication and availability were always a top priority. Can’t say enough good things about him, but mostly, he’s very honest and trustworthy which is always my number one requirement."
